Having to take charge of a complex technical project is like drawing the short straw. If you fail to account for some key task or constraint—or overlook a seemingly minor detail—you can end up with your scope, budget or schedule all shot to hell…and sometimes even a canceled project. Keeping a handle on everything all the way through is enough to give you an ulcer.
Who needs it?
More to the point, why risk it when you can have an experienced project manager from Viderity take care of everything for you?
Whatever your project, our flexible set of standard processes (which we’ve spent the last ten years refining, by the way) ensure that nothing gets missed. From the start, we define the project life-cycle, deliverables, communication channels, issue resolution and cost management—and how we’re going to track all of these as the project unfolds.
Then we develop a comprehensive plan which one of our project managers will take charge of executing. On larger projects, we’ll even set up a Project Management Office (PMO) to keep the scope, task management, and outcome measurement nicely centralized.
The fact is, we wouldn’t have a 96% rate of repeat business if we weren’t remarkably good at this.
